Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Educator, and Certified Lifestyle Educator

Andie Jones is a Certified Nutrition Educator and Certified FirstLine Therapy Lifestyle Educator.  She is a graduate of Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts and the University of San Diego.  She is completing her Masters of Science in Holistic Nutrition at Hawthorn University in 2011.

Andie’s interest in health and nutrition first began as a teenager when she worked in her family’s food business promoting natural and organic foods and healthy home cooking.  This sparked a drive in her to better understand the link between diet and disease, which eventually developed into years of study in holistic health and nutrition.

Through simple, straightforward education and coaching, she inspires others to create optimal health and wellbeing.  She holds high confidence in one’s power to make dramatic differences in their health, body composition, self-confidence, and lifelong vitality – and it all starts with how they’re nourishing their bodies.

As a Nutrition & Lifestyle Educator, Andie’s approach is “holistic” in that she believes it is not only the food on our plates, but also our environment, relationships, emotions, and lifestyle that nourish us.  Andie’s style is informative, consultative, enthusiastic, passionate, and entertaining.  She enjoys the powerful connection she creates with her patients.

Andie’s focus on education is on going and she regularly participates in conferences, courses, and seminars in the field of health and nutrition.  She is an active member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals and the Weston A. Price Foundation.
